Kids are Awesome

I am back with the last post for 2015 top 13 best movies as today I’ll sharing one last movie that should be watch by everyone. That is none other than Pasanga 2.

As we know, Pasanga means kids, and of course, this film is going to be about kids. But the truth is this film is more dedicated to the parents as it educate them than just as a family entertainment.

Pasanga 2 begins with a kid from 1986 winning a special award in his school and move on to two normal kids being born to this world to two different parents. However, this two kids, Kavin and Nayana seems to be not so normal as they become more troublesome. Both studying in different, but the best school in their city. Kavin and Nayana are naughty and also daring, which quite bothers their respective parents. They are always given TC (Transfer Certificate) by all the schools they go due to their mischievous behaviour and extreme poor academic. Then, the parents have to find a new apartment and new school for their kids. After interval, Tamizh Naadan (Surya) and the wife, (Amala Paul) enters where he plays as a therapist whilst she plays the role of a teacher.

The story takes turn when the kids is forced to go hostel after causing problems in their new apartment area. Tamizh Naadan, as the child therapist try to stops it but he fails to do so. But these two hyperactive kids still causes mischievous over there and sent home by the school. That is when the parents bring their kids to Tamizh Naadan to know what is going on with their kids. It turns out that Kavin and Nayana have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). They then enters the school where Amala Paul is a teacher and they get to express their talents. At the end, Nayana explains her life story in a competition and the emotional story and the dance by Kavin makes them win.

When it comes to performance, although Surya just appeared in Pasanga 2 in the second half, his role as lovable father and therapist seems to suit him quite well. Bindhu Madhavi, Karthik Kumar, Vidya Pradeep, and Ramdoss seems to fit in their role as upset parents who gives up with their kids’ behaviour. From their point of view, you may feel the kids are miserably naughty, but from the kids’ point of view, I can’t see what’s wrong though. Last but not least, our adorable Amala Paul acted naturally as a wonderful teacher, wife and a mother to two children besides looking simply gorgeous in sarees.

This is the third film of Pandiraj that is related to children after Pasanga and Marina. The story of this two naughty yet fun and enjoyable to watch gives out good lesson as the simple storyline successfully educate parents all around world. I don’t know why this film is named Pasanga 2 as the story is not related to the first Pasanga movie at all.

I will definitely encourage all of you to watch Pasanga 2 and no worries as there are no awkward scenes in when you want to watch this with your family members. It is fully packed family entertainment where you get humour and love.
